Production Details of the Mandalay Bay Invitation
Both the shipping container and presentation container were produced on a wide format ink jet, printed with variable data, for the personalized mailing information in built color.
The sheet was hand mounted to a carrier sheet, UV gloss coated, mounted to a corrugation board, die cut and hand formed/assembled.
The inside felt fabric was affixed to the foam insert and then die cut.
The invitation was printed with variable data produced in built color. All the assembly was done by hand and with care, with the use of white cotton gloves to remove dust and finger prints.
