For the
production of
"Minnesota Birds"
This book
was a 2003 Christmas party gift to the Wallace C. Dayton family – a
family whose business morphed from a department store of sundries to the
retailing behemoth called Target Corporation. Featuring the bird photo
studies of Wallace Dayton, the book survived the eagle eyed judging of
the doyennes of the bookmaking art – Fran Pagel of Worzalla and Dorothy
Montgomery of Malloy Litho. We salute Diversified Graphics of
Minneapolis on their win of the Frank C. Anderko/Worzalla Best Book
Award.
