Announcing a new spin on 50/50
Any individual Craftsmen member who accounts for fifty entries to the 1997 International Gallery of Superb Printing will receive a FREE paid Seattle Convention registration PLUS four PAID nights of hotel room and tax.
Since the registration fee covers the cost of most meals, a winning Craftsman will only have to find transportation to the Emerald City of the Great Northwest. Go by car or train or plane and find camaraderie, contacts AND heaping hlpings of Craftsmanship.
Many Craftsmen Clubs sell tickets in a monthly 50/50 drawing, the holder of the winning ticket gets 50% of the pot and the balance goes to the "house", i.e., the Club treasury, the Club scholarship fund, etc.
The International Gallery is a money making success, and the IAPHC is looking for ways to share that success with individual members, and the host club of the upcoming Seattle Convention, and subsequent conventions.
Can anybody really find fifty entries? In the past few years, over 20 members have shown that this goal is eminently attainable. Now they and you have a super incentive that's a true win/win for all concerned. It's a NEW SPIN on 50/50. And we hope you'll play. Enter early. Enter often. And WIN!

Basic Rules for 50/50 Spin
- The 50 entries must be from an individual member and cannot be a part of a club's local entries or grouped with another member.
- The member must list their name on each entry form and manifest, in the area that calls for Club or City Name.
- The 50 entries must be verified on a verification form provided by the IAPHC. This form must be signed and approved by the members local club Officers and Board to qualify for the 50/50 reimbursement.
- All qualifications must be met before the International Gallery Committee can approve the reimbursement.
- To receive your verification form and additional International Call For Entries, call IAPHC Headquarters at 800-466-4274 or e-mail Headquarters at headquarters@iaphc.org (please use the words "50/50 Spin" in the message subject line).

New at iaphc.org
The past week brings us some exciting new additions to iaphc.org.
The 2nd District CraftNet site (constructed by David Albrecht of the Mid-Hudson Club), the 4th District CraftNet site (constructed by Paul Foster of the Baltimore Club), and the 7th District CraftNet site
(constructed by 7th District Governor John M. Leininger) are all now proudly showing their web prowess.
Please visit these new sites and drop them a line to let them know what a fine job they have done.
In addition to the district sites, David and Paul have created sites for their own clubs; Mid-Hudson Club and the Baltimore Club respectively.
