The number of visitors to the new IAPHC CraftNet website is increasing each day since first coming online five short weeks ago on Dec 12, 1996. To date we've received visitors from thirty-two countries from around the globe which shows the truly international reach of IAPHC CraftNet.
Your Craftsmen Network at work:
Ralph Locascio of Herst Litho and the New York Club called IAPHC HQ in search of a napkin printer. HQ provided him with the name of a company that entered the 1996 International Gallery thanks to Norma Wirt of the University of Kentucky and the Greater Lexington Club. The company employs Shawn Claggett of the Greater Lexington Club.
Bruce Sprague of Xerox Corporation and the Central Wisconsin Club heard that the local college graphics program was to be dropped. He asked IAPHC HQ for a sample letter to argue against the move and HQ drafted a letter to validate industry importance and viability, including employment and wage statistics.
Tim Trachtenberg of Hicks Chatten Co. and the Portland Club wanted to present a special award to longtime Portland member Bonnie Kelsch of Oregon Catholic Press. He asked IAPHC HQ for some words of commendation and HQ provided them the same day via e-mail.
If you have a problem finding a solution or have an example of how the Craftsmen Network has recently benefited you, we'd like to hear about it. Just send an e-mail to International Headquarters.
