Say hey to Chairman Ray! Anyone wishing to read or download new IAPHC Chairman Ray Rafalowski's August/September message can find it at www.iaphc.org Ray has already penned his message for October and IAPHC Headquarters would be happy to e-mail it to anyone who requests it. Each message also comes with a companion photo. Our congratulations to Ray on this capstone to a 27 year career in Craftsmanship. He is good people, extremely dedicated to this Association, and we look forward to working with him. Reno Remembered Well don't say we didn't tell you so! It was truly the most remarkable and wonderful IAPHC Convention that virtually anyone there could remember. Ever! It was filled to overflowing with spirit and passion and fun. The entire membership of Team Eleven in the IAPHC's Eleventh District deserves to take an extended bow for their labor of love in putting together this awesome event. A FULL report will be forthcoming in the IAPHC Communicator. In particular we want to applaud the Convention co-chairs Marjie Swiatek, Bill Price and Mike Handlin for their adept quarterbacking, but there were so many more members who gave selflessly of themselves and are equally deserving of the gratitude they have been receiving from happy and amazed attendees. To all those un-named, but well loved souls we say HUZZAH for a job so very well done! Thank you each and every one! Y'KNOW Requests Your Knowledge Network Obviously Works (Y'KNOW?) From Kathy Waldrop-Smith of the Silicon Valley Club: We are a small shop that images film from a 4 year old Agfa AccuSet 1500 running Viper Rip 1.9.2 using our Apple 8500. We would like to upgrade to a G4 but have heard from several sources about an incompatibility problem with our level of RIP and the G4 using Postscript 3. Has anyone tackled this and what was the solution or fix? Thank you!"
